                                                        Fashion Fights Cancer 2010
                                     Fashion Fights Cancer Kicks Off Its 2010 Fundraising Efforts

New York - July 28, 2010 – On August 19th, 2010, Fashion Fights Cancer (FFC) will host
its first event of the year at the Audi Forum in New York City from 6:30p – 11:30p. The
fashion and shopping event, hosted by media personality Suzy Malick, will feature ten
designers, and a large portion of the proceeds will be donated to cancer foundations and
research. Special guest appearance will be made by Casey Gillespie, Editor and Chief of
Zink Magazine.

This FFC annual event will feature collections from ten designers including New York
Fashion Week’s own Tadashi Shoji, Whistle Flute, and Byron Lars. Each designer will
showcase pieces from their current collection in a fashion show and pieces will be
available for purchase at the sample sale event. Proceeds will be benefitting the I’m Too
Young for This Cancer Foundation and The Cancer Research Institute.
This year, the participating designers and sponsors include Tadoshi Shoji, Byron Lars,
Lotus Grace, Khari by Kahrianne Kerr, H. Fredriksson, Zink Magazine, YMCA, The FAB
Network, Love Life Now, YouAreOnTheList.com, Models International, I Concepts Media
and iFashion Network, and many more.
Gift bags will be given to the first 100 guests in attendance. Two special gift bags
sponsored by top brands including Maybelline and Zink Magazine will be silently
auctioned off during the event. General admission tickets are $50 and a portion of the
ticket price goes toward the purchase of any item available at the sample sale. VIP
